CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Arrival time is at 15:00 and departure time is at 11:00. If the room is available the stay beyond this time and until 18:00, obliges the customer to pay 50% of the daily charge. Staying beyond 18:00 pm obliges the customer to pay the full amount of the daily charge. If you want we can store your luggage until the time you are ready to leave.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-refundable reservations: When such a reservation is made there is no refund in case you want to cancel or not show up. This price is only available for this option. After booking your account can be charged with the full amount at any time.
Flexible price reservations: If you wish to cancel or change, up to 7 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged any amount. If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. However for cancellations or changes beyond 48 hours from the date of arrival or in case you do not show up you will be charged with the total amount of the reservation. After booking, 30% of the total amount can be charged as a deposit.
KIDS POLICY
We would like to inform you that the In A Time and The Diary Of A Heart rooms due to their capacity and layout cannot accommodate infants and children.
- For infants aged 0-2 years, accommodation is free.
- For children aged 3-17 there is an additional charge of €15.00 per child, per night.
- Over 18 years old are considered adults and the normal adult charge applies.
It is not possible to add an extra bed to the accommodation.
Check the selected room for maximum capacity.
All baby cots are subject to availability and are provided free of charge upon request.
PETS POLICY
Dear guests we would like to inform you that in regard to our policy of the hotel we are not able to have pets as part of the reservation.
OBLIGATIONS & SECURITY
To protect your money and valuables, we recommend using in-room safes. The property does not bear any responsibility for any loss, damage, or destruction of the customer’s items during his stay. Customers are responsible for any damages and losses in the rooms where they stay and have to pay the corresponding amount to repair or repair such damage.
